What is the lead time in custom orders ?Custom orders have a lead time of twelve to fourteen weeks (12 - 14) after receiving the deposit, some collections take longer like the Glacial collection, which require a longer set up and curing time. ALL ONLINE ORDERS REQUIRES FULL PAYMENT, pictures of the final product are sent before shipping. Local delivers are bLanquet wrap, white glove delivery available upon approval of quotation. Regular carton box is included in the price, for common carriers special crate is quoted separately. Architectural interiors and millwork will be quoted and schedule as per each design requirements.
Can I cancel my custom order ?Custom orders are not cancelable after 7 days, of placing the order is been started. a 25 % designers fee will be appiled to al cancelations, to cover any cost incurred in the prosses to develop custom product. We do not acept returns in custom orders,as each orders goes trough intense design and specification revisions with clients, to make sure we produce as close as posible to the design. All of our product is concidered artistic and hand made, some variations ocure due to the nature of the materals we use.
Can I buy directly ?Ready to ship and in stock items are available to the end user directly. All custom product is been sold trough the trade, designer showrooms, furniture stores, interior designers, decorators, architects, contractors and hospitalyty design studios. Some areas may have a exclusivity in some colelctions.
Where can I see the product ?Selected High End showrooms and furniture stores. Trade shows, High Point NC, IHFC NY. AD NY. By appointment.
